Shipping Policy

Any equipment ordered from Target Cricket website, Facebook page or phone contact will be charged according to the value of purchase and type of shipping method confirmed.

Australia

Standard Shipping - $19 ( value of less than $200)

Standard Shipping - Free (value of $200 or more)

Express Shipping - $29

NZ

Standard Shipping - $19 (upto 2kg)

Standard Shipping - $10 (each additional 2 kg)

Standard Shipping - Free (value of $300 or more)

Standard Shipping - $59 (upto 3kg)

Standard Shipping - $20 (each additional kg)

Goods damaged / Lost in transit

Should you receive an item that is damaged in transit or that you believe is lost then you must make us aware immediately via phone (+61 432 070 865) or email to info@targetcricket.com.  Failure to do so may invalidate any claim for said item(s).

Delivery Times

Australia Post delivery times for orders within Australia should be anywhere between 6 to 9 days. However, if you live in a particularly remote area or in NZ, please allow 10-15 days. Very occasionally there might be a slight delay. If you have not received your order within 14 days, please contact us.

For international orders, please allow 10-14 days for receipt of your order. For each shipment we will provide tracking number for ease of tracking the parcel.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returning Change of Mind items

At Target Cricket we try our best to offer exceptional customer service, and understand that while ordering cricket equipment over the internet can sometimes be a little difficult, specially when dealing with natural products e.g. Cricket bats. Therefore, we try to offer a returns policy that takes this into consideration.

In our return policy, we offer either an exchange (upon receipt of additional postage) or a refund of all goods purchased through Target Cricket (except personalized items), providing they are returned to us in their original packaging, with any tags attached and have not been used, within 14 days of delivery and that we have received written notification that a return is required.

We will always deduct our postage costs (including where an order has attracted free delivery) from any refunds relating to exchanges or refunds.

Please note that before initiating a return you must contact us either via phone on +61 432 070 865 or via email to info@targetcricket.com to discuss your concerns. 

Returning damaged or incorrect items

Target Cricket will refund any postage up to $19 only. Please do not send back equipment via any other method without permission from Target Cricket.

If you have received confirmation from us to return a damaged and or incorrect item(s) then please follow the instructions provided from our Customer Services team and return the item(s) within 7 working days of this confirmation being received.
